ITINERARY
Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara (Arrival and Evening Game Drive) Morning: Depart from Nairobi (usually around 8:00 AM) in a shared tour van or Landcruiser, often with a stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for photos. Afternoon: Arrive at the Maasai Mara National Reserve (around 1:30 PM) and check in to your budget tented camp or lodge. Enjoy lunch and some relaxation time. Late Afternoon: Embark on an evening game drive from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, searching for wildlife such as elephants, giraffes, and lions. Evening: Return to your camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Full Day Game Drive Morning: After breakfast, begin a full day of game drives in the Maasai Mara Reserve, with packed lunches to maximize time in the park. Throughout the day: Explore the vast plains, searching for predators like lions and cheetahs, as well as other wildlife. The game drives typically last until the late afternoon. Evening: Return to the camp for dinner and your second night's accommodation.
Day 3: Morning Game Drive and Departure to Nairobi Morning: Enjoy an early morning breakfast, then check out of your accommodation.
